Every number on this page comes from the RERA filing and its source record.

Questions people ask

What does market pulse show?

One reading per city: the new registrations and the complaints the authority recorded, each with the date it was captured and the date it was computed. The registers publish no rate per sq ft, so there is no price column here at all — a figure that was merely pending would be shown and marked as such, not left out.

Why do some cities show a dash instead of a number?

A dash means the reading was not taken, which is not the same as zero. Counting new registrations needs a registration date, and the Delhi register states none for any of its 133 projects, so every Delhi city shows a dash rather than a zero that would read as "none filed". Complaints show a dash until the authority’s complaint records have been collected. Haryana’s districts carry dates, so their zeros are real counts.

Where do these numbers come from?

From the 360Ghar data hub, which collects them from the authority registers and the project filings. The source record and the capture date are on every reading.

Is the sentiment a forecast?

No. It is a label for the direction of the numbers already recorded in that reading, not a prediction of what the market will do. "Not read" means no signal was available to label, so no direction is claimed.
